Who is this course for?

YOU If you’ve heard lots about meditation and its benefits but you don’t know where or how to start.

YOU if you know that your mind can’t stop thinking so you think meditation is not for you (you don't have to stop the thoughts - we cover this in the course)

YOU if you’ve done meditation before and couldn’t get a regular practice going, or have lost your regular practice. It was really beneficial and you’d like to get back into it again.

YOU if you have any other reasons! The course really is for everyone aged 16+, no yoga or meditation experience required.

What is included?

The first four weeks of the course will give you simple, accessible meditation techniques to begin a regular meditation practice. The first four weeks include the following:

  • 4 x video tutorials taught by me, exploring what meditation is, how it works and why everyone can do it and explaining techniques of our practice. (these are between 25 and 40 mins long each)

  • 8 x downloadable guided meditations to build up your meditation practice gradually week by week so that it becomes an easy-to-achieve regular part of your day to day life. (these are 7 – 20 mins long)

  • Weekly PDF handouts to help you to retain information

  • Weekly Journal Prompts to help you reflect on your practice


The following four weeks are all about Going Deeper with your meditation practice. These include the following:

  • 4 x further video tutorials taught by me, exploring how to manage emotions in meditation, what happens in the meditation space and how to take meditation off your chair and into your daily life. (these are around 30 mins long each)

  • 5 x downloadable guided meditations to support these deeper practices (these are around 20 mins long)

  • Weekly PDF handouts to help you to retain information

  • Weekly Journal Prompts to help you reflect on your practice

All resources are available to use for 12 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You will have access to the course as soon as you sign up and we recommend that you work through the videos and resources once a week for 8 weeks - however this is a self-paced course so there is no fixed start date.

  • After enrolling you will have access for 12 months

  • You will need to allocate an hour a week to watch the video tutorials and practice the guided meditations.

    You will also need to commit to at least 5 mins of meditation daily to get the most out of the course, and ideally 10 to 15 mins – this can be any time in your day to suit you.
