Breathing Space Yoga is the trading name of Sarah Clover. My website address is: www.breathingspace-yoga.com This privacy policy explains how Breathing Space Yoga uses any personal information that I collect about you when you use my services.
Breathing Space Yoga takes students’ security and privacy very seriously. Information is never shared with third parties, and only necessary personal information is collected and retained in order to provide my services to you.
Personal information collected by Breathing Space Yoga and my website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public.
What information does Breathing Space Yoga collect about you?
- Enquiries - via email, telephone or website – includes name, telephone and email address – used to respond to enquiry and any follow up required.
- Booking forms- submitted via website, by email or in paper format in class - includes contact details and health information, emergency contact information - necessary to provide my classes and services to you safely and in order to contact you about the classes and services that you attend. These are stored securely, with password protection and only kept as long as required by law.
- Mailing list (administered by Mailchimp) – includes name and email address – opt in at registration on Mailchimp, Breathing Space Yoga website or via opt-in on booking forms - used for all forms of marketing of all Breathing Space Yoga classes and services and general information and updates on classes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please use the unsubscribe option which is on every mailing or you can also request to be taken off of our mailing list by sending an email to sarah@breathingspace-yoga.com
- Waiting lists for classes – includes name, email address and telephone – used to communicate about availability of spaces in classes and follow ups.
- Bookings via Punchpass – includes name, telephone, email address, health information and emergency contact information - Breathing Space Yoga uses third party software provided by Punchpass to manage bookings and reservations for classes. This information is used to manage classes, to provide my classes and services to you safely and in order to contact you about the classes and services that you attend.
Punchpass also collects card payments via Stripe. Full credit card data is held securely by Stripe only. The payment data available to Punchpass and Breathing Space Yoga does not include full card details in order to ensure security. Class registers, personal details and financial data from Punchpass and Stripe are used by Breathing Space Yoga in order to complete annual accounts and tax returns as required by law. It is stored securely, with password protection and only kept as long as required by law.

- Website - Breathing Space Yoga uses trusted technologies; Squarespace cookies and analytics and Facebook pixels, to customise content and advertising, to provide social media features and to analyse traffic to this site in order to provide a better experience on this website and to customise mailings, advertisements and content. You can manage cookies from any website directly in your web browsers settings.

Breathing Space Yoga's privacy policy is reviewed regularly and, as such Breathing Space Yoga reserves the right to change the policy at any time. Should this occur, all amendments will be posted on Breathing Space Yoga's website. This privacy policy was last updated June 2018.
